So Mr Bill Young introduced me to these simple toggle clamps: They have an off centered hole in the middle which means you can screw them into a bench, and hold down a piece against a fence, or another clamp easily. I have made tons of these out of scraps. They are immensely useful and can be cut in minutes on a Handibot.
