Set up environment for testing OpenSBP code (Mac/OSX)

I need to set up a testing environment on a MacBook Pro for Open SBP. I've tried to install FabMo/npm/nvm and at one point had it listening on [0.0.0.0], but not any more. Any help would be much appreciated.

npm -v currently shows 5.7.1

What version of Node are you running? You should set your node to "0.10.44" using nvm. Let me know if this works
