1/8 inch shank adapter?

I would like to get 3mm end mill but it is a 1/8 inch shank. I saw somewhere that you can get an adapter to accept 1/8 inch shank. Or, can you guide me to where I could purchase one for a 1/4 inch shank? Since it's in mm and my handibot/software is set to inches, does this make a difference...once again newbie with little knowledge but learning!! Thanks, Robin

I can't speak to its viability with 3mm, but it's been solid for the 1/8" tooling I use.

Thanks Mark, On that last one (elairecorp). How do you 'replace' what's already in the handibot (the 1/4 inch collet).

You just continue to loosen the collet nut till it comes off the router. The nut and collet will come off together and any size you buy from elairecorp will have a nut and collet as one and you just screw it on..
