Finally starting to use my kickstarter Handibot. Note to anyone else in a similar situation... it's kind of hard to cut through a piece of material thicker than the cutting length of the bit. Only took 4 tries to figure out that was the issue.
Mike; I think we've all been there before! Also just to be sure--did you check that the handibot wasn't running out of Z travel? If it is, you can always adjust the position of the router in its bracket or let the bit hang a bit farther out from the collet
