Y traveler holder broke

The "Y traveler holder" (I'm not sure what it's called check the attachment) on my Handibot broke. I started modeling a new but I can't the thread just right. Does Handibot sell these?

If so where can I order a new one?
If not does anyone have info about fabricating the thread?

That is an anti-backlash something-something. Yes, they will sell you one. I've always found that the best way to get things like this going with them is to make a voice phone call to them. They will probably want to move to an email from there so you can provide that photo.

Anyway, I have found their customer service to be second to none and they will get you fixed up.
