Turns out one of the spring contacts for the motor bush had unseated itself, re-seated and all is fine. Sparks and arcing noise gone too!by Loudon951 - Handibot Forum
I've had this problem since new. When you click OK to start a cut, most of the time I can hear a relay click, but the router doesn't turn on. I have to click stop, then the software sometimes hangs, sometimes crashes entirely, sometimes tries to go through with cut anyway. Then have to re-align, re-zero... and repeat. Eventually the router comes on. Pain in the arse. A 1 minute cut cby Loudon951 - Handibot Forum
Also check that the y axis switch is connected securely to the handibot. Mine was doing the same as yours, turned out the switch was loose.by Loudon951 - Handibot Forum

My new plan is to make each cut separately after having printed out the AI drawing and pasting it onto the plywood. I'mby Loudon951 - Handibot Forum
Hi there, I noticed when running "Cut Circle" or "Cut Rectangle" from the "Cuts" menu that the router doesn't start. Also, there is a video floating around regarding cutting large things that says to use a 6x6 inch tile. I couldn't get this to work and had to use a 6x8 inch tile. Has something changed? Cheers.by Loudon951 - Handibot Forum
